Every bird has its own story to tell. This section brings together all the species I’ve encountered and photographed in the wild. Unlike the gallery, where selected images are shown for their visual impact, here the focus is on the species itself. The structure follows a taxonomic tree, organized by families and groups, with an emphasis on birds from the European region. Species from other continents are shown separately in the gallery section under their own categories. Each species is named in German, English, and Bulgarian, and presented with images taken across different regions and seasons. I invite you to experience these birds as I’ve seen them – out in the wild, in their natural environment.
